FOR THE URGENT ATTENTION OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL DOMINIC GRIEVE QC

Dear Mr Parish and Mr McGinty,

I am limited by time because of the approaching deadline.  That is a great pity because the "outing" of Dr David Kelly in the UK, the "outing" of Valerie Plame (the covert CIA operative) in the US and the destruction of the entire Brewster-Jennings network all occurred within days of each other, and that sequence of events was surely more than coincidental and likely very important.

I will confine myself to this timeline:

Dr Kelly was "outed" in the UK on 9 July 2003.

Valerie Plame was "outed" in the US on 14 July 2003.

Dr Kelly was found dead on 18 July 2003.

The entire Brewster-Jennings network was destroyed within days of Plame's "outing".

Judith Miller, who had previously received an anthrax letter following the 9/11 events, who had used the pages of the New York Times to peddle propaganda for the US neo-coservatives' case for war with Iraq prior to the invasion (allegedly unbeknown to the New York Times which paper, when it became known, sacked her) and who had been searching enthusiastically for WMD in Iraq following the 2003 invasion, had connections with both Kelly and Plame.

Should you require further details please let me know.

Please confirm receipt of this email and please confirm that its contents will be brought to the attention of the Attorney General.

Yours sincerely,

(Dr) Stephen Frost
